Terms & Conditions

Plain-English Summary

The Bullrush Rally Members Club is a monthly membership operated by Bullrush Events Pty Ltd that provides access to regular member-only events, priority access to selected Bullrush Rally events, and partner privileges. Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Event access is subject to availability and capacity, and priority access does not guarantee entry. Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

The Bullrush Rally Members Club (“Membership”) is operated by Bullrush Events Pty Ltd (“Bullrush Rally”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By joining the Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Overview

The Bullrush Rally Members Club provides members with access to recurring member-only events, priority access to selected Bullrush Rally events, partner privileges, and other benefits as outlined on the Bullrush Rally website from time to time.

Membership benefits may evolve and are not guaranteed to remain identical throughout the membership period.

2. Membership Fees & Billing

  • Membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis.

  • Fees are charged automatically to the payment method provided at signup.

  • Membership remains active while payments are successful.

  • Failed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.

Prices may change with reasonable notice.

3. Access, Priority & Availability

  • Membership provides access and priority, not guaranteed entry.

  • Many events are capacity-limited, invite-only, or subject to third-party constraints.

  • Priority access does not guarantee availability.

  • Some member opportunities may be communicated directly via email and may not appear publicly.

4. Events & Scheduling

  • Event dates, venues, formats, and availability may change.

  • Events may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to operational, safety, weather, or external factors.

  • Bullrush Rally is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by third-party venues, partners, or suppliers.

5. Member Conduct

Members are expected to behave respectfully at all events.

Bullrush Rally reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for conduct including (but not limited to):

  • Unsafe or reckless behaviour

  • Abuse toward staff, partners, or other members

  • Behaviour that damages the Bullrush Rally brand or community

6. Partner Benefits

Partner benefits, discounts, and privileges:

  • Are subject to availability and partner discretion

  • May change or be withdrawn without notice

  • Are not guaranteed for the duration of membership

Bullrush Rally is not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of third-party partner services.

7. Communications

  • Members agree to receive email communications relating to membership, events, and access.

  • Email is the primary method of communication for invitations and updates.

It is the member’s responsibility to ensure emails are received and not filtered.

8. Cancellation

  • Membership may be cancelled at any time.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Access remains active until the end of that billing period.

9. Refund Policy (Australian Consumer Law)

Change of Mind & Non-Attendance

Except as required under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Inability to attend events

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Partner benefit changes

    • Event capacity limitations

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where Bullrush Rally is required by law to provide a refund, repair, or replacement, those rights will apply.

10. Risk & Liability

Participation in driving events and experiences involves inherent risk.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Members attend events at their own risk

  • Members are responsible for their own vehicles, insurance, and legal compliance

Additional waivers or releases may be required for specific events.

11. Changes to Terms

Bullrush Rally may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
